KiraKira Artistry offers magazine-style creative, glamour and boudoir portraits in our cozy, home studio. We strive to make each shoot as unique as the individual so that we may create an empowering experience and images that capture the "you" you always dreamed you could be. KiraKira Artistry’s all-inclusive experience ensures that services such as professional hair, makeup and wardrobe styling are at your fingertips. We only book one photoshoot a day, so you’ll never feel rushed. This allows us to spend the time needed to perfect each look, style, set up and concept. The Flow

Consultation

The first step is to join us for a complimentary consultation where we plan your dream photoshoot. How do you envision yourself being photographed? We’ll discuss hair and makeup styles, wardrobe options and the vision you’d like to make a reality. Whether you’re drawn to traditional portraits or want to channel your inner magical being, we can make it happen. Once booked, we’ll work closely with you to ensure you are fully prepared for your photo session and that your ideas and expectations are realized.

Wardrobe

Not sure what to wear? We’ll help you choose the best selections from your own closet and provide resources to help you fashion your dream look prior to your shoot date. You may also select from our personal collection of garments, costumes, accessories and botanicals. Styling for traditional garments are also available (specialties: Japanese, Nigerian).

Makeover

Professional hair and makeup services are highly recommended and complimentary with each session. Relax and enjoy some pampering before your step behind the lens. Whether you’re drawn to a soft natural beauty or something more glamorous, we’ll provide you with the inspiration and resources to step-out with the perfect look. SFX upgrades also available.

Photoshoot

Lights, camera, action! Let us set the scene with artistic lighting, backdrops, props and styling while you enjoy being a model for a day. You can feel confident knowing that you’ll be fully coached in the art of posing and presenting yourself throughout your session. We’ll take our time to ensure you get the most out of your photoshoot.

Retouching

Each photo is professionally retouched to give your photos that magazine style finish. We specialize in beauty retouching, creative enhancements, color toning and story-telling. We’ll also touch up any imperfections, so you can your mind at ease knowing that you won’t have to worry about blemishes or certain body contours. We discuss retouching in detail during your consultation.

Ordering Session

Two weeks after your session you will be invited back to the studio to see your best, most beautiful images and choose which ones you’d like to purchase either in person or via zoom. Enjoy light refreshments as you decide the best product combination to display your memories. At KiraKira Artistry, we are passionate about print and believe there is something magical about holding an image in your own hands. We offer matted fine-art prints, wall art enlargements and Amalfi paper frames. We also have beautiful storage options such as our matted albums, reveal boxes and portfolios.
