Booking Details
Reservation: Please make your reservation at least a week in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of cancellations or the need for rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fees.
Damage: While basic cleaning fees are included in your rental to account for daily wear, the client will be responsible to pay additional cleaning or repair fees for any visible stains or damage. If the rental garment is beyond repair, the client will be charged 2x the rental fee.
Reservation Times: We generally accept bookings between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Reservations made before 9:00 AM or after 7:00 PM will incur a $30 fee. We cannot accept bookings prior to 8:00 AM outside of our studio in NJ.
